Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms:

  • A 50% deposit is required on all orders and the balance due at time of completion.
  • Pricing on custom size and design subject to factory quotation and written confirmation.
  • Price quotes are guaranteed for 30 days.
  • Prices subject to change without notice. All orders subject to factory approval.
  • Delivery and/or installation charges can be quoted at time of order.

Cancellations/Returns:

  • Custom orders are non-cancelable and deposits non-refundable once production begins.
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Pease Plastics Inc.
  • If you sign for it in good condition, you are responsible for it.
  • If you cannot open the package at delivery, sign it: 'possible concealed damage' or you are responsible for it.
  • Returns due to shipping damage must be recalled within 3 days of the delivery. You must call Pease Plastics, Inc. to report the damage so we can issue the call-tag. DO NOT throw away shipping boxes and foam packing; the shipper used will need to inspect these to process the claim.

Shipping:

  • All prices are quoted for pick-up at our factory.
  • Cartoning, shipping, delivery and installation are additional.
  • Merchandise shipped outside our area will be priced according to size of crate and weight.
  • Items shipped are prepaid and crate & freight will be included with your invoice.
  • If items need to be shipped via freight/truck carrier, freight charges will be quoted for approval before processing your order. Freight and crate charges will be included in your invoice. Customer is responsible for inspecting the shipment upon delivery for any damage in transit before signing the bill of lading. Customer must call Pease Plastics Inc. to report damage within 48 hours and all packing must be saved for inspection and claims consideration.
